Do you want to maximise the performance of your people and your teams?

Imagine having happy and highly engaged staff members working in an environment where motivation is high. Where every member of your team understands their purpose and feels that the effort they put in and the work they do, has meaning and impact on the business goals.

Now consider that team having the skills, knowledge and expertise to maximise their own and the organisations’ performance potential!

They’d be flying right? However, it can be challenging to maintain employee engagement and motivation levels, to ensure your people are aligned with your company’s ethos and culture.

Ensuring people feel purposeful and able to develop their skills and knowledge to be the best they can be requires significant commitment. Improving confidence and addressing the all-pervasive imposter syndrome adds a whole other element to the mix!

The more people you have with the tools and knowledge to help others with this, the more likely you will be able to embed this practice into your organisational culture.

This is where we come in…..

It is becoming widely recognised that developing skilled coaches and mentors in the workplace is key to unlocking potential and increasing productivity.

Whether you are looking to encourage the sharing of innovative ideas, help develop talented individuals along their career paths, or build resilience, effective coaches and mentors will help you achieve your goals.

These individuals will help improve performance and reduce conflict, increase confidence and motivation in themselves and others, developing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Our Coaching and Mentoring courses are designed and delivered by our expert coaches, who have many years’ experience in coaching individuals and teams. By highlighting the role that coaching and mentoring has in improving performance, and by sharing insight, tools and frameworks, our tutors enable delegates to make a positive change in their workplace.

As a Registered Centre with the Chartered Management Institute, our coaching and mentoring courses are accredited by a globally recognised professional institution for management.

Our courses

For companies that have a number of individuals they wish to develop, we offer a flexible unit based approach at levels 3 and 5.  This enables us to develop courses that focus on key areas of business need as well as individual needs, maximising the companies’ return on investment (ROI).  Our flexible delivery options enable courses to be delivered according to the needs of the business.

For companies that wish to develop the skills of one or two individuals, we offer ‘open’ courses.  The units delivered in these courses are picked to provide a rounded understanding of the fundamentals of coaching and mentoring.  Delegates on these courses also benefit from the shared experiences of delegates from other organisations and sectors.

Our courses can be delivered face to face or via blended learning, using a virtual training room. Regardless of whether they are in person or online, all our courses are all highly participative with lots of group discussions and activities. Our open courses are delivered with one half-day tutor taught session a month. We have found this provides the perfect balance to delegates as it’s a manageable amount of time away from the workplace, provides time for any additional study and allows delegates the opportunity to practically apply their learning in the workplace.

As if this isn’t enough, our courses also include membership to the CMI. This gives delegates access to a wealth of support and resources, including: a mentoring scheme, Management Masterclass CPD and webinars, career development resources and much more. Full details can be found here.

We also offer all course delegates the opportunity to attend our monthly online ‘Lunch and Learn Clinics’ FREE of charge for the duration of their course.  Each month a member of our Learning & Development Team or HR Team will deliver a session on a different management/leadership topic, allowing plenty of time for questions and discussions.
