What is coaching?
At its simplest, coaching uses a combination of science and art to help others explore their potential and maximise their performance.
It begins with a period of supported self-reflection, leading to the recognition of desired and/or required areas of personal growth and development.
Our experienced coaches work with individuals and teams, using a range of models and frameworks, to create a strategy to achieve success.
A great Coach will always have the perfect question to your answer! By asking the ‘right’ questions, our coaches help coachees gain understanding and clarity on their specific personal or professional goals. They then help establish the reality of where they are now, before plotting a coachee led pathway to success. This includes the consideration of possible obstacles and the preparation of potential solutions.
Our coaching services include:
- One to one coaching sessions – helping individuals with challenges, adapting to new roles, preparing for a major event and a variety of other areas of personal and professional development.
- Team coaching – working with teams to help improve communication, encourage innovative thinking, develop mechanical efficiency and create action plans to improve performance.
- Consultancy – helping organisations implement a coaching culture
- Training – developing people to become coaches, including accredited Chartered Management Institute (CMI) Coaching and Mentoring qualification
Coaching sessions can be booked individually or in blocks at a reduced rate.
