Who Is the HR Hub For?

Since its launch in 2023 the HR Hub has welcomed well over 1000 members all from different roles including:

In-House  HR

The team behind the HR Hub have all worked in roles within organisations before joining the Hub team.  They know how busy you all are, and that saving time starting a document, letter or policy from scratch is exactly what you need.

We also know that the areas covered by HR are huge and ever growing.  We have all been in that situation where you are faced with something you have never done before – this is where the Hub can help.  We have guidance documents, infographics and processes for all the key areas of People Management.

In addition to all the useful resources, guides and templates – we’ve also got your CPD covered.  Included with your membership is monthly lunch and learns and quarterly HR Masterclasses.  Perhaps you manage a HR team – these could become your monthly learning sessions over lunch.

Business Owners

Having worked with business owners since 2007, we know how many balls you have in the air at any one time!  Managing people is just one of these, and the Hub is here to help. You may be employing for the first time and want to make sure you have everything in place – in the Hub you will find employment contract templates, policies, documents for induction and guides in relation to what you need to do.

You may have been employing for some time but need a resource for the first time, perhaps you’re managing the first maternity leave within the business or you want to do more work to support wellbeing – it is all there in the Hub.

HR Consultants

Our CEO, Emma, started Gateway HR back in 2007 – and she says she wished something like the Hub existed then!  You may think as a HR consultancy we don’t want other consultants as Hub members – this is definitely not the case.

We know that you can save lots of time, and therefore earn more working with your clients, if you have a resource to go to for examples letters that you can use for all areas of helping your clients.  Whether that is all the letters needed for a disciplinary case, or perhaps helping a client to recruit for the first time – it is all there for you to download at the click of a button.

We have always supported charities at Gateway HR, through discounts on all services and having a charity of the year every year. This is no different with the Hub, so if you are working for a registered charity or not-for-profit organisation you can join the Hub for only £12+VAT for your first year, and then only £99+VAT/year thereafter.

Masterclasses

Our quarterly masterclasses are on key HR topics, but as with all our training are jargon free – so you do not need to work in HR to benefit from these.  These three-hour sessions are usually £150+VAT per person to attend, but Hub members get them as part of their membership, so if you are part of a HR team then why not attend together.
