Developing effective people managers will enable your team leaders to get the best from their teams and help them to achieve their own maximum potential. This two day programme is designed for those taking on their first people management role and for existing people managers who would like a refresher of the fundamentals. This is the first course in our Leadership Pathways programme and can be delivered as a standalone course, or as the foundation to the full programme.
