Gateway HR and Training Ltd was established in 2007 by Managing Director, Emma Wynne. Her vision, to provide a professional, personable service dedicated to helping employers overcome the HR challenges that play a major role in developing a business.

Skip forward to today and Gateway HR’s team has over 70 years of combined HR, training and coaching experience. Every member of our team shares a passion for helping businesses get the best from their people. Our combined experience, skills and knowledge make us the ideal partner for anyone wanting to improve their business performance.

We don’t use scare tactics – we don’t use ‘the dark side’ of HR to scare employers into choosing us.  We enable employers to do the right thing at the right time – that’s why our clients choose us.

We don’t tie you into a long-term contract –  All of our clients are with us because they want to be, not because they have to be.  All we ask is that clients who sign up to our Peace of Mind or Outsourced HR Consultant services, give 3 months’ notice.
