
Emma started Gateway HR and Training Ltd in 2007 with a desire for HR and people management to be truly valued for what it can add to a business. With many HR companies providing a ‘one size fits all’ virtual outsourced service, she wanted to ensure Gateway HR’s emphasis was on providing a professional, personable service. Emma’s philosophy and ethos ensures Gateway HR wins the trust of the business, its leaders and its employees so we become a trusted partner, not just an outsourced service.

David has been a Director of Gateway HR since the early days. As an ex-firefighter David has since worked in the fire protection business, carrying out risk assessments, fire training and extinguisher servicing. David loves talking to people and is genuinely interested in their ‘stories’ which makes him perfect in his role as Account Manager.

In July 2023, Maria returned to the role of Business Manager here at Gateway. She has a long history with the company, being Emma’s first employee back in 2010! Maria has an eclectic career enabling her to develop a wide range of skills that are key when doing a role that requires several ‘hat’ changes a day!

Ranjit is an experienced and passionate HR professional with a strong background in employee relations, talent management, and organisational change
With experience across a range of industries, Ranjit brings energy, dedication, and a practical approach to delivering positive HR solutions and building strong working relationships at every level.

Tanya joined the team as an Associate Coach and Training Facilitator in early 2021. With over 25 years’ experience working for global matrix organisations including positions in sales, marketing, operations and E-Commerce we knew she would be an asset to the Company.

We are incredibly fortunate to have Linda as one of our Associate Trainers! Linda has tremendous skills, knowledge and experience in both HR and training and was Senior Lecturer of Human Resource Management with the University of Northampton for over 10 years!

Daisy joined Gateway in 2020 and soon proved herself to be a valued team member. She is hardworking and adaptable to change, proving this during the recent lockdown where she took to working from home like a duck to water. She leads by example when it comes to our company values, regularly demonstrating boundless enthusiasm!
