Our adhoc / short-term HR service is ideal for those looking for a short-term HR solution, or to address a specific need, including:
Advice relating to employee issues, such as maternity, long-term sickness and employee misconduct
Advice relating to planned changes in an employee’s terms and conditions of employment
Guidance needed as a result of a grievance
Cover needed as a result of maternity or sick leave within your own HR department
Specific employee related documents produced, for example contracts of employment, policies and letters
Support can be provided over the telephone, by email, via an online meeting or even on-site. Our team are here to support you in the most effective way possible.
Unless otherwise agreed, work is invoiced at an hourly rate of £150 + VAT per hour, which is billed in 15 minute increments. We don’t ask you to buy blocks of time in advance, so you can think of this almost like a ‘pay-as-you-go’ service. If you only need half an hour of advice, that’s all you pay for.
