No long-term contract lock ins. If you're worried about being tied into a long-term contract, don't be! Our clients are with us because they want to be, not because they have to be. We have just a 3 month notice period - but many of our clients have been with us for years.
There will always be a qualified HR professional available Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm, so you're never without help when you need it.
We are commercially minded and understand the pressures of running a business with no un-necessary hoop jumping!
We give consistent advice and use a sophisticated record system, so no having to repeat what you've told us, and certainly no conflicting advice between our team members.
