We're a small team, not a huge call centre, so you'll get to know the people giving you advice, and we'll get to know you and your business too.

We also have a sophisticated records system where our advisers log any advice we've given, so if your usual contact isn't available, another qualified member of the team can pick things up and make sure you get the support you need.

Your Peace of Mind service includes access to the HR Hub for free, where you'll find hundreds of templates, forms and guides you can download and adapt.

If you'd prefer us to create or tailor something specifically for your business, we can do that too. Additional HR work is available to our Peace of Mind clients at a reduced hourly rate. But don't worry, we'll always be clear about any additional costs before carry out the work.

Yes! You'll get 24/7 access to the Gateway HR Hub as part of your Peace of Mind service.

So even when our office is closed, you'll have plenty of HR help at your fingertips, accessible at anytime from anywhere!

We know when dealing with a people problem, you don't always have time to wait around for an answer. We respond to your queries as quickly as possible but this may take up to 24 hours (excluding weekends).

There's always a qualified member of our HR team available during office hours, Monday to Friday.
