We are personable – we consider building relationships to be key to providing you with the best possible service. We are not a call centre and encourage all of our clients to meet us face to face, either in person or via Zoom!
We are an experienced team – choosing Gateway HR & Training means you have access to a whole team of qualified, experienced and current HR and learning and development professionals.
We don’t use scare tactics – we don’t use ‘the dark side’ of HR to scare employers into choosing us. We enable employers to do the right thing at the right time – that’s why our clients choose us.
We don’t tie you into a long-term contract – All of our clients are with us because they want to be, not because they have to be. All we ask is that clients who sign up to our Peace of Mind or Outsourced HR Consultant services, give 3 months’ notice.
